Making the Best Mini Donuts in Three Easy Steps

Weekends or holidays are great. That's when the ladies of the house make the most sumptuous treats for their families, for example mini donuts! They are so delicious.

I know that you want to prepare the tastiest donuts to thrill your family. You can do it, if you follow the rules and recipes for making them - nothing but the best will satisfy you.

The question is, how can you be sure? This article is targeted towards those people who are beginners to the art of making donuts. The process can be divided into three stages, namely:

- Gathering the ingredients/constituents and cooking the dough

- The process of frying [or baking] the dough

- Embellishment

Your family will rate your donuts primarily on their taste. So having the right recipe is important. Find out "your" recipe, the one you do the best. Learn every detail about the ingredients especially when and how they mix!

Tread carefully when making your mini donuts. Follow the recipe or else even a little mistake can completely spoil the taste. Don't get worked up if you can't get the recipe right the first time.

Experiment! Think how much you and your family will enjoy munching your hot donuts. You will get your recipe right faster than you can imagine.

The dough must be soft; this is the most important point. The softness of the dough has a huge effect on the taste of the final product.

Next, you must have the correct equipment to make your mini donuts. Cook them in oil heated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit which is the perfect temperature for frying donuts. Your donuts should not exceed inch in thickness. Place your donuts in a pot for cooking because you'll need to flip them easily. When the donuts become light golden in color and bloat, it's time to turn them over.

There's an important point about oil I want to tell you. Use fresh oil each time you make donuts. Don 't fry them in used oil; used oil will give them a bad smell and can even harm your health.

Once they're ready, put the donuts on paper towels. The paper will soak the extra oil. Garnish your donuts with cinnamon and sugar and consume them when they are still hot.

Don't throw away the leftovers. The last stage is an embellishment on the product. Use your creativity and ideas to decorate your donuts. Eat, as your heart wants!

A donuts fryer in every home! If you share this vision it's a good idea for your family and your home. Nothing works like getting your spouse or your children to jointly participate in the cooking of delicious treats.

If you can get your family to co-operate with each other for making donuts it is going to be a fun experience for them.

If you already know recipes for the dough preparation then you need not depend on the ready-mix available in the shops. If you desire to cook your own recipe, it's great. This way you can use your imagination and be creative. After all you have to earn the approval of a tough group - your own family.

If cooking is a new activity for you then remember that the ideal temperature for frying your donuts is 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The size of the donuts fryer, the oil level, the number and the size of donuts affect the outcome of your cooking.

The market stocks a plethora of donuts fryers so you can get one to suit your needs. If your finances are inadequate to buy a special fryer then go for a frying pan or saucepan.

If you dislike cooking in oil you need not worry. You may use a specific form where you can keep your dough and put it in the oven for a short period. You will find many types of forms with different size of holes and number. You can cook them as pies.

Today in the shops you will get equipment in which you can pour the liquid dough made from a special recipe, and in a few moments your donuts will be ready, taking just as much time as waffles.

Does the entire equipment fit into your kitchen? If the answer is yes then you should no doubt buy the special fryer, a handy machine for cooking your treats on its own without your involvement.

You can add stuff like bananas, cherries, chocolates and strawberries to the finished donuts apart from the icing. Let the imaginations of your family run riot. Encourage them to make their own kind of donuts. To make it more thrilling have a donuts cooking competition and reward the hard workers.

The donuts fryer is available in a wide variety of prices. If you are going to cook all by yourself you can decide on a specific model. However if your whole family is cooking then make a group decision.
